Due to concerns about the spread of the corona virus in CT, the district has made the decision to limit the audience members of Nice Work If You Can Get It to students, faculty and the immediate household of students involved in the show.
These are unprecedented and unusual circumstances and we are grateful that while some districts have canceled or indefinitely postponed their productions, ours has chosen to find a way to honor the incredibly hard work that our students have done while also are sad that not everyone who wants to see our show will be able to join us in our auditorium. We have always relied on your support, and what you pay for your ticket helps us to keep doing what we are doing. If we were to refund all the tickets that we have sold, it would be a potentially crippling blow to our program. To honor you and your support we have a couple of options for our ticket holders. Option 1: we will be live streaming the show in a private YouTube channel and we will share a link to ticket holders for that performance. Additionally, thanks to the support of our Performing Arts Boosters, we will be sharing a download of our DVD quality videos, which the Boosters normally sell at concessions, so that you can have a permanent copy of the show. Option 2: Of course if you prefer, we will gladly refund your tickets. We will be contacting ticket holders in the next 24 hours to inquire whether you choose option 1 or 2. Please be patient with us as we sort through the logistics of all this. This is a rapidly evolving situation and we are doing our best to adapt as new challenges emerge. We, the production team, cast, crew and pit of Nice Work appreciate your support in the past and hope to see you in the future at our performances
